Episode 36: I need help, but not the paperwork!

Today’s episode looks at bureaucracy and how, as attested to by the philosopher Hannah Arendt, some ‘bad actors’ can be seen to manipulate society by inundating it with technical administration so as to cover up institutional inaction.
